The reasons why the YK/YA vibration screen can't start or have a small amplitude

1. Motor break
2. The electric conponents in the control cob are broken
3. Voltage isn't enough.
4. The material stacking on the screen is too much
5. There is something wrong in the vibration.
6. The grease lubricant in the vibration is getting thick and agglomeration.

The solution

• Change the motor
• Change the electric conponents
• Change the electric power
• Clean the material on the screen
• Repair the vibration
• Clean the vibration,and add some proper grease lubricant
