The impact crusher¡¯s repair and maintenance in the sand making line
In sand making line,impact crusher is the third procedure,large stone is broken by jaw crusher,then sent to impact crusher,after broken,then produce the 20 ~ 60mm particles which customer needs.Impact crusher is a kind of broken machinery which use the impact energy.
To ensure the impact crusher is running well in sand making line,and make the impact crusher longer life,the user should have a good repair and maintenance for the
crusher regularly.After the new impact crusher put into operation,when every day's work end,it must be checked all for the impact crusher.After a week of operation,it should have a full check for the electric motor,and lubrication system.The contents for checking include:the fastening at the fixed position,belt transmission, bearing seal, back foils, liner plate wear.And combined with maintenance cycle,establish regular maintenance and replacement system.
The adjustment of clearance between the rotor and the impact plate:
When the rotor of impact crusher at runtime,it cannot be adjusted the clearance between the rotor and liner plate.If the materials is blocked between the liner plate and shell,it suggests the user can re-adjust the clearance,lift the impact pack slightly,so that the feeding materials will become loose,the adjustment of impact pack is easy.If the impact pack is not enough,it can pat on the relaxed rod(using a board for protection).The clearance between the rotor and liner plate is adjusted by machine adjustment device. First, loosening bolts,then,turnning the long screw,at this time,the rod will be adjusted upward direction,after finish the adjustment,then fasten the screw.
The replacement of impact crusher's quick wear parts:
When replace the quick wear part of impact crusher,first,opening the back frame.When using,first,remove the back frame and the linked screens of the boxes,then use the wrench to twist to the hexagon parts of flip device,then the top carriage open slowly.At this time,using the cable suspension device above the frame,hang back frame. Device, Repeat the process, namely after close the back frame.
The blow bar of impact crusher:
When the blow bar of impact crusher wear to a certain degree,it should be adjustment and replacement in time,in order to avoid damage the fastener and other parts.
The liner plate of impact crusher:
Open the back lid,remove the split cotter,slot of screws, bolts that the fixed liner plate use,then the wearable liner plate can replace.If install new liner plate, upside down the steps immediately.
The temperature of impact crusher¡¯s bearing is too high:
1.The lubricating grease is excessive and insufficient. Check whether the lubricating grease is excessive.
2.The lubricating grease is dirty. Change the lubricating grease after washing the bearing
3.The bearing damaded. Change the bearing
Impact crusher plays the key step in the sand making line,in the opertaion,we should have a maintenance and repair in time,to ensure the sand making line keep a normal state.
