2.Jaw plate and Side armor plate

The movable jaw and fixed jaw are made up of jaw bed and jaw plate,jaw plate is the working part,fixed in the jaw bed with the bolt and iron Wedge.The jaw bed of the fixed jaw is the anterior frame.The bed of movable hung on the wall,,must having enough hardness and rigidity,can bear the crushing force,so mostly is steel or casting iron part.

3.Transmission Parts

The eccentric shaft is the spindle of jaw crusher,having a great bend torsion,and made of high-carbon steel.The eccectric part is required to be finishing, heat treatment, bearing liner walts use babbitt pouring. The eccentric shaft installed pulley on one end,the other side of the flywheel installed.

4.Adjustable system

The adjustable device has wedge type, pad and hydraulic etc, generally adopts wedge type, is made up of two wedge,the former and the latter.the former can moving before and after,the latter can adjust,moving up and down.. Two wedge’s slope is connected in retrograde motion,from the screw to make the the latter wedge moved up and down so that adjust the discharge mouth.The adjustment of the small jaw crusher’s discharge mouth by increasing the gasket between thrust plate and frame.
5.Flywheel

Flywheel is used to store the power of the moveable jaw plate’s air trip,then used for industrial formation,so that the mechanical work is in line with uniform trend. Pulley also plays the role of flywheel.Flywheel is often made of iron or steel,The flywheel of the small is often made of the overall style.The flywheel’s manufacture, during installation it should be pay attention to the static equilibrium.
6.Lubrication device

The bearing of Eccentric shaft are usually adopts concentrated circulation lubrication.The spindle and the thrust plate’s surface ususlly adopts the grease through manual oil gun for oil.The swinging angle of the movable jaw is very small.so that the spindle and the bearing’s lubrication is difficult.Often open several oil groove at the bottom of the bearing,the minddle open a ring to oil pump in order to link each other,then the oil pump forced into the dry butter oil for lubrication.
