The Operation Rule for Impact Crusher
Please check very bolt on rotatory parts inside and outside of impact crusher to make sure there are no loosen ones before starting, If any were found, fasten them at once, and please check the bolts inside impact crusher once a week.
Impact crusher need feeding evenly, do make sure there is no metal in the stuff, please shut down impact crusher at once if metal beat sound and the meter shows overload message. When it is completely stopped, get rid of metal or something like that and check if any part is damaged , then?start impact crusher again and feed after confirming everything is clear.
Impact crusher must be stared at the empty load state, and can be shut down after all of stuff out of crusher. Please do operating and maintenance job according to the actual situation.?
